Advanced eClinical Training: CCMA Certification Outcomes (2025)
Advanced eClinical Training reports a 97% first-attempt NHA CCMA examination pass rate for 2025 among outcome-eligible graduates with a recorded first-attempt result. This historical result comes from ACT’s internal student outcome reporting and describes the reported examination population, rather than every student who enrolled.
Reporting Year, Population, and Source
- Reporting year: 2025.
- Measure: NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) first-attempt examination pass rate.
- Included population: Outcome-eligible graduates with a recorded first-attempt examination result during the reporting period.
- Excluded population: Students without a reportable first-attempt result, including students who did not take the examination.
- Source attribution: ACT Compliance, 2025 Student Outcomes Report, as identified in ACT’s published reporting.
The reported percentage is the share of the included examination population who passed on their first attempt. It is not an enrollment-to-certification rate, a graduation rate, or an employment rate. Results are historical and do not guarantee an individual student’s result.
How to Use This Outcome When Comparing Programs
Compare programs using the same reporting period, examination, attempt definition, and included population. A rate calculated only among examination takers cannot be directly compared with a rate calculated among all enrolled students. This page does not establish ACT’s rank against other providers or an industry-wide average.
A percentage alone does not show the number of graduates included. This page does not currently provide the underlying cohort count or an independently audited dataset. Prospective students can request the current outcome report and ask ACT to confirm the numerator, denominator, reporting dates, and eligibility rules before relying on a comparison.
Certification Preparation and Enrollment
ACT’s online medical assistant program combines self-paced coursework, clinical simulations, practice assessments, and instructor support. Coursework can be completed in as little as 8 weeks, with up to 12 months of course access. The listed standard tuition is $3,300 and includes the NHA CCMA examination fee; confirm current package terms and any retake charges before enrolling.
National certification requires satisfying NHA’s current eligibility and examination requirements. Course completion, national certification, and employment are separate milestones. Eligible graduates may request coordination for an optional 160-hour externship, subject to approved locations, site capacity, and clinical-site requirements.
Career Support and Employment Claims
ACT offers resume assistance, interview preparation, and employer connections. An examination pass rate does not measure employment, hiring speed, or earnings. Employment reporting should identify its own reporting year, participant population, response method, and follow-up period. Career services support a job search; they do not guarantee a job.
Compare program tuition and payment options, review ACT’s approvals and certification alignment, and explore student experiences before enrolling.
