Our Medical Mentorship Program was created for Pre-Medical Students seeking guidance and personalized advising as they embark on their application journey into Medical School.

Meet Your Physician Advisor/Mentor
Antonietta D'Urso, MD
Dr. D’Urso obtained her BA in Neurobiology from Harvard University in 2012. She attended medical school at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine where she received her MD in 2017 with dual Honors. The highlight of her medical school career was her induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. D’Urso recently completed her pediatric residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and became a board-certified pediatrician in 2020. She currently co-owns a private pediatric practice in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Antonietta has valuable experience with her involvement in cutting-edge clinical research specifically in areas of neuro-gastroenterology, probiotics, nutrition, dental health, and pediatric inflammatory bowel disease. She has presented her research at numerous national medical conferences.
Dr. D’Urso has a great appreciation for the perseverance shown by applicants and dedicated pre-med students. She is passionate about sharing her valuable experiences and knowledge to motivate aspiring physicians to obtain academic success as well as personal growth through their journey to medical school! She is eager to guide pre-med students as they achieve academic excellence during their pre-med careers. She seeks to demonstrate the importance of professionalism, leadership, and service in future medical students and doctors.
Shuhan He, MD
Dr. Shuhan He is a practicing academic Emergency Medicine Physician. He trained at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and graduated from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. Dr. He works at the intersection of technology and healthcare with growth engineering, He is an experienced educator working to create the next generation of physicians and teaches and publishes about the potential of remote work and asynchronous learning in helping improve educational outcomes.
