Advanced eClinical Training (ACT) is a national online career training school specialized in allied health certifications. ACT’s fully online* courses include high-definition video instruction, interactive simulations, and real-world training exercises designed to prepare students for industry-recognized certifications. Programs are self-paced and supported by one-on-one guidance, progress tracking, exam preparation, and career services, ensuring students have the resources to succeed in their training and beyond.
Using their Air Force COOL benefit to cover expenses, Air Force and Space Force personnel can enroll in ACT’s fully online courses for credentialing that will empower their career in healthcare.
* Phlebotomy programs, and certifications for Washington State, require onsite externship component after completion of online course.

Air Force COOL Eligibility Criteria
Rank
Be enlisted members of the Regular Air Force, Space Force, Air Force Reserve, or Air National Guard.
Duty Status
Be on Title 10 or Title 32 (502F) active duty orders during the entire credentialing process.
Conduct
Have no Unfavorable Information File (UIF), not be on a Control Roster, and be current on their most recent fitness test at the time of application.
Approval
Obtain supervisor approval and complete the entire credential while on active duty status.

3. Submit a Request
